Think Boxes
As the technology for 3D printing was developing, we created Think Boxes to address students' immediate needs. This project provided students with basic education supplies.
We have distributed more than 200 boxes to communities in the Dominican Republic (2017) and Guatemala (2019). Think Boxes were packaged, prepared for international shipping, and delivered to local schools and orphanages by trusted volunteers.
The contents of each Think Box varied, but we aimed to include:
Pencils
Notebooks
Arithmetic Workbook
Blanket/Mosquito Net
Introductory Science/Geography Workbook
Backpack
Hygiene Products (soap, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.)
