Roadmap

We created our own supply chain with the local economy in mind to complete Madagascar’s first 3D printed school, located in the south-central region of Madagascar, with the university campus Ecole de Management et d’Innovation Technologique (EMIT).

We are streamlining operations and the supply chain to replicate with communities in both urban and rural locations where schools are needed most.

This is only the beginning of our journey to increasing global access to education.

Roadmap

To ensure a holistic and human-centered model, we partner with established local organizations that will oversee daily operations and supply teachers while we focus on what we do best: bringing everyone together to build the 3D printed schools. By bringing the local supply chain together, we are perfecting the process so that costs can continue to decrease with economies of scale each time we replicate the process.

Though we currently work in Madagascar, we will scale globally to build more schools with partners dedicated to the same vision of increasing access to education.

Partnership Program
Increasing global access to education requires an integrated and synergistic effort among nonprofit organizations and companies that share our values of innovation, compassion, empowerment, and honesty. Our partnership program will enable us to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of young people and the surrounding communities.

Ambassador Program
Thinking Huts invites individuals who are passionate about education and interested in raising awareness of our work to become a Thinking Huts Ambassador.

Sustainable Livelihood Development
Thinking Huts believes in the philosophy of “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Operating with this guiding principle, Thinking Huts will not dictate the day-to-day operations of the school but rather partner with communities to provide education infrastructure while supporting creativity and innovation. Basic need subject areas include:

  • Health & Awareness

  • Life Skills (farming, sustainable agriculture)

  • Mathematics

  • Science

  • Literacy

Think Cloud - Online Learning
Thinking Huts connects Honeycomb Campuses to wifi for students and teachers to access online resources and work with virtual groups to allow for a collaborative learning experience. The goal is to connect our Huts to the internet as central hubs for rural locations with the assistance of partners who can assist with remote internet connectivity.
